We love to communicate with our clients and by doing so we make sure

step one — research
By analyzing your objectives, needs, current branding, competition
and customers, we can define a strategy to proceed. This is
turned into a short, to-the-point specification document which
lays out the creative, functional, technical, and budgetary
requirements for the solution.

step two — concept
By taking into account the information collected in the research
phase and the standards set out in the specification document,
we translate our ideas into a custom visual concept.
Once the concept is complete we present it to you and then make
further modifications based on your feedback. We do not move forward
until you are fully satisfied with the look of the site.

step three — design
When the final concept is ready, we take the visual design and
start developing it into a fully functional web site. We build
all the necessary elements of the project — HTML pages,
style sheets, graphics, Flash animations — and then add
them together into a working product.

step four — test
Once the product is built we begin testing it against every imaginable
use case scenario, as well as checking it against the technical
and usability specifications set out in the research phase.
Once we have gone through the project and resolved any problems,
we ask you to test it as well. At this stage we also work on any
design elements that need small fixes.

step five — launch
After the testing phase is complete, we launch the project online.
We run through the final solution once more and ask you to
do the same, so that we can be absolutely certain that everything
works the way it should in its new live location.
Then it's time to celebrate, because you have a new product that
